1) The Clients do not have the ability to make changes to the Receivers, Groups, or Messaging Services.

1) The Controller Application does not look like the Clients
2) In fact, you cannot send messages from the Controller application. You can only use the Controller to: Start/Stop the Service, make changes to the Receivers, Messaging Services, Groups, etc.
3) You do not have to keep the Controller app running for the Clients. You can close the Controller and log off of the PC while the Service remains running for the Clients.
