InfoRad Push Notification hardware interfaces with InfoRad Watch-It Serial™  interface monitoring software.  InfoRad Push Notification Serial hardware is available with RS-232 Serial connection or USB connection.

InfoRad Watch-It Serial software monitors for the push notification hardware dry contact closure and initiates a preprogrammed wireless message to pre-defined individuals and groups. The message and associated individuals and groups are programmed through a user-friendly configuration screen within InfoRad Watch-IT Serial software. Once the message(s) have been processed and transferred to the wireless service provider or providers, Watch-It Serial optionally creates logging and post processing files.

The Watch-It Serial is also used to enable wireless messaging for industrial plant monitoring systems, fire and alarm panels, public utilities (SCADA systems), and systems with data-log reporting to a serial port or printer.

Watch-IT Serial includes an Advanced Scheduler and Redundancy - (schedule recurring daily, weekly, monthly messages/reminders), Route on Failure - automatic rollover to secondary receiver address on primary error, and Message Templates (pre-programmed 'fill in the blank' type messages). 

Robust messaging interface options provide enterprise level messaging to cell phones via the InfoRad Messaging Gateway; messaging protocols SNPP/WCTP/SMTP(email). Secure Messaging via InfoRad Messaging Gateway, WCTP & SMTP.

Watch-IT Serial supports Direct Serial Connection using leased-line, short-haul modems, and direct serial connections to Wireless Service Providers as well as on-site paging systems and legacy systems via dial-up (TAP) messaging..
