1. For Technical Support, you will need the Serial Number and Version Number from your InfoRad software?

You may find this information located under the Help menu at the top of the Inforad Wireless software, then select About. The serial number and version is located near the bottom of the window (Show Me).

If you find your Serial Number to be a series of question marks, then reinstall your InfoRad software for All Users to fix the problem.
