SMS Aggregate Messaging Services

InfoRad Messaging Software supports several SMS Aggregate Service providers.

InfoRad supported providers include: Twilio, TeleMessage, TeleCommunication Systems (TCS), Message Media, Clickatell, and CellTrust

With an account with one of the InfoRad supported SMS Aggregate Service Providers you can send to any cell phone, alphanumeric pager, or other wireless enabled device. One account supports multiple carriers, both national and international (depending on your service level and aggregator support). Device setup is simpler since with aggregate service you no longer need to know the device wireless service provider.

Utilizing an SMS Aggregate Messaging Service you no longer need multiple accounts with each of the Enterprise Messaging / Business Messaging Services if your devices are with more than one cellular carrier.

SMS Aggregate Messaging Service offers improved service over carrier "consumer-grade" SMTP Messaging and the inherent problems of SMTP (email) systems such as delays, issues with anti-virus programs, and SMTP server SPAM rules.

SMS Aggregate Service Providers may be cost beneficial over carriers that charge for Enterprise Messaging / Business Messaging service. Typically, with SMS Aggregate Service Providers, you purchase message "credits", and depending on your volume and chosen service level, may provide cost savings over Enterprise Messaging / Business Messaging service charges.

InfoRad SMS Aggregate Service Provider support also provides an option for smaller operations that may not qualify for carrier level Enterprise Messaging / Business Messaging service beyond relying on 'consumer-grade' SMTP service .

All InfoRad products (Desktop, Network/Enterprise, and Watch-IT Monitoring applications) support message delivery via the InfoRad supported SMS Aggregate Service Providers: Twilio, TeleMessage, TeleCommunication Systems (TCS), Message Media, Clickatell, and CellTrust. The service(s) can be added once accounts are obtained, or they may already be programmed in the default database, in which case you need only to add your Authentication credentials to the Messaging Service setup.
